If SB cannot get Tim Owens to remove his name from the Class A Preferred Shares, whether or not they are worthless to Owens, then there is no way that Onci can "move" to Colorado and become Hexagon Holdings.

So as I suggested earlier, does SB have to offer Owens cash or millions of shares to essentially pay him and get the move done?

That is the reason for the hold up (no pun intended) imo.
