It will be a dicy situation for Henry the CEO as he has to balance the PPS and funds deployment towards buyback of shares. Let us say at average price of :
0.001 it would cost Henry for 5 billion shares works out to 5 million.
0.002 it would cost Henry for 5 billion shares works out to 10 million.
0.003 it would cost Henry for 5 billion shares works out to 15 million.
0.004 it would cost Henry for 5 billion shares works out to 20 million.
0.005 it would cost Henry for 5 billion shares works out to 25 million.
Plus if Henry the CEO issues additional shares over and above 8 billion shares today towards future ADE works then it will also affect PPS. At somepoint institutions have to come into the play for PHIL to go the next level i.e NASDAQ market
