PHIL O/S only increased 11M this past week from 7.936B to
7.947B.

It will be very interesting this week with the ask
now at .0002 to see much trading takes place at that level.

There was 1B shrs showing at .0002 as of close Friday.

I suspect the vast majority of those shrs at this point is NOT
dilution shrs but flipping money who bought at .0001
looking to make a quick profit. No problem with that
but for those who want to go for the HOME RUN here
imo its better to RISK waiting for the BUYBACK to begin
hopefully around MID MAY and then hopefully the
VINAFILMS AUDIT announcement comes shortly after that.

If we get the BUYBACK started in MID MAY and VINA
news shortly after that the stock price will be MANY
MULTIPLES higher by June and beyond.
