Here is my take on it. With the deal they have going with Secor he is limited to only 300K shares and he is done. He has held on to these shares for years and did not sell them. If he wanted to sell them it would of been in the high 3s not now when it is in the middle trips. The guy doesn't need the money and he can sit on them as long as he wants until the PPS goes up. There is no need for him to rush and sell at this low price. The guy is not a dummy and he knows how to make money. Down here in the OTC all these CEO's know each other and Secor is probably collecting money from other stocks that we don't even know about. So now if you are Secor do you sell now in the trips when you really don't need to or do you wait knowing White's wife also has a ton of shares?? JMHO!!
