It's possible it was Secor. I guess when someone has 300 Million Common shares, thanks to worthless White, maybe he wanted some cash now rather than dumping it all later at a lower share price. He probably isn't too concerned about maximizing how many SWS shares he would get (what's 60,000 minus a few?). I guess it's anyone's guess.
