So I'm going to go with this move up has more to do with processor 3 coming online and performing well than on the SEC case being settled.  The latter doesn't help, but the former is the key to real success.

If the price goes right back down, then it will indicate something ugly.  Either success is at hand, or this was a setup for selling ahead of reporting things not going according to plan.

I'm hoping success is finally at hand.
