The SEC event and the effect it has had on the stock price was the focus of a post yesterday.

I contend that the SEC event was either known six months before it was made public in January of last year, or it has had little to do with the prolonged decline we have been in since the end of June, 2011.

Look at the longer term chart and note that the SEC event was a very severe, but brief interruption of a steadily declining share price.  This suggests to me that either it was the technology issues that has been the major cause for investor lack of confidence or the events leading up to the SEC announcement were being acted on by those who already knew:
