Maybe he was cheap & SB needed someone post haste...hard to know what the story is. If this guy hasn't been convicted of anything, then in legal terms, he's innocent of the charges that have been filed against him & his associates. But...considering we actually have a real product & real sales...& SB is looking to branch out & bring in more investors (as reported that he's looking to hire a PR/IR firm)...& signing contracts with billionaire auto dealership magnates...the optics of "association" with questionable pinky lenders & lawyers may not be the wisest of moves...IMO.
