I did the same and honestly, I can't come to any real conclusions. Fact is, Leinwand shows up for several securities, both reputable and shady.
The attorney's job is to basically examine the books and attest to the accuracy as presented. Now, if the CFO is cooking the books, it's not up to the attorney to investigate. As stated in the letter:
We know Alan Bailey, the CFO for ONCI is also associated with several other companies and is a reputable CFO.
