Hmmm - we (HEXA) have a problem!
ONCI has 5,000,000,000 authorized common shares and 4,962,504,870 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of yesterday.
With canceling of 1,400,000,000 common shares upon the completion of certain corporate actions including the Company being redomiciled in Colorado then we are at 3,562,504,870 common shares,
Number of securities offered through 1-A/A are 450,000,000 common shares.
As a result, we would be at 4,012,504,870 common shares >> but HEXA has only authorized 4,000,000,000 common shares!
Again - hmmm...
