You are entitled to your opinion but why on Earth would a reputable 2nd PL give two hoots regarding the timing of an attorney letter? It doesn't affect them or their business. SB said everything is up to the PL as to when to release ads. It's out of his control. Your now saying that client is leaving everything up to SB before they do anything.
