I highly doubt insider selling, the first weeks of AVXL when I was involved in that uplist the price was artificially pumped up about 3 or 4 times the uplist price. Then it was shorted down, there were 32 million shares in the float and there were days where 40-50 million shares were traded, it eventually got down to uplist price and then traded freely since. It has 0 revenue and products are in drug trials.

We will be free of whatever entity is restricting us at this time, and over time as more revenue, more partnerships, more subscribers, we will move up gradually.

It may take until Q1 but any long or new investor is getting a deal of a lifetime.
