I am not familiar with SEC filings in general but my understanding is that a Form 3 is just a statement of ownership. Mister Cragun did not exercise these stock options, he just owns them (I do not know why we see that filing today, perhaps something related to our recent uplisting).
These stock options are currently underwater as the strike price is 7.5$ so he cannot exercise them (unless I read the statement wrong)
Besides, it is only 66k. Maybe there is some insider selling going on, but this is not nearly enough to explain what's happening right now!
