it is always a tell/projection of those who *defend* illegal stock manipulation

as has been noted 100s of times by now to the chronic ..
the day the company's founder parts with his 3M~ PTOI shares
PTOI will have a record volume day/week/month
the *current* record setting month for PTOI *shares* remains April 2011 (set up) with 8M~ and change in *volume* for the month
but until that reality comes to pass .. PTOI will remain illegally manipulated by NR (nor retail) .. as has been the case since 2009 .. when PTOI first began *trading*
again as angst provoking as it always is .. this sector is in its ascension
and courtesy of actual P2O investors vs those who play them on various SMBs
.. and ironically in spite of 10 years of *manipulation* .. P2O has an enviable SS ..
giving P2O *options* .. some far better than others .. *imo* for actual P2O investors
