I would say that some investors are discouraged by the company's decade of failures and fraud. Some people are open enough to voice that discontent. After all, the company ultimately dictates the share price, not messages. Others feel the need to keep a stiff upper lip and keep their discontent to themselves while encouraging those who are discontent to shut up or leave...sort of a continuous "soft pump" if you will.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
