wrist slap fines .. made up mere seconds later .. on other *targets* .. inhibit no one

reminded of the *flash crash* of MAY 2010 .. when the then *chair*
had to publicly acknowledge .. that the SEC had no way of ascertaining
any *trading* on any *equity* .. rather had to rely on .. cough cough .. the
very *brokerage* firms for that data .. it doesn't take long for *retail* to educate
themselves .. which is why it's pretty clear (years on) those who *soft bash* week in and week out

have another agenda entirely
