interesting to note a post *there* by one of the Welland 3 ..
specific to a private company within this emerging sector ..
note the 4 companies noted to the left of this private company's info

very familiar with 2 of them .. but only 1 of the 4 is a pubco on the OTC
the OTC is a cesspool of illegal stock manipulation
how many start ups knew a decade back that the OTC was embedded by NRs' *entities*
how many retail investors knew what the OTC was *then*
as to do overs .. zero doubts P2O's founder would not come public today via a R/M onto the OTC
would lay odds .. if P2O's founder came public today .. it would have been after the flagship was deployed .. and it would be via an S-1 .. which courtesy of that pesky documentation .. (on another OTC target that came public in April 2015 which a comparable SS to PTOI and has triggered reg sho between 15 + times in 4 years) .. clearly has different *reporting* aspects by NR (non retail) than those who came public via R/M (shells are never clean)
