Supreme court might decide in the Birchiemer case and result in special guidance or a precedent. Might go to Appeals court before all 12 judges.
Our patent is as strong as they come. with the PTAB victories. SCOTUS already ruled that should be enough to establish a validity of Patent and condemn infringers.
Might be another law firm that brings Alice down. Does Not have to be BR.
Or Congress might correct matters and then it might go to all 12 appeal judges to decide.
Let me know what you find out re BR and supreme court.
This is about the mistake of the supreme court with Alice 101 it needs correcting and many are all over this. It will happen , hope sooner than later.
