re the languages, you are right that most of these countries have distinct languages, but there are some exceptions:
-Taiwan could use the China one, since they use the Northern Dialect of Chinese (what we English speakers call Mandarin)
-standard Arabic would work for the Middle East
-Singapore uses mostly Chinese and English, but Malay speakers could use the version developed for Malaysia
-India is a whole other ballgame. They likely could just use the English version (with a few tweaks, ideally), but there are MANY languages in use in India. It would be a nightmare to do the top 20, so I suspect they would stick with English and maybe Hindi (and perhaps Tamil)
But it shouldn't be that hard to contract out to language specialists.
