DSS's 13 countries I believe encompass incl; Japan, Korea, Philippines, Taiwan, SIngapore, India, Myanmar, Vietnam Thailand, middle east, Malaysia , I believe all these countries speak different languages therefore a encryption keyboard for phones will need to be tweaked to accommodate language to localize their needs and whatever is involved.

Australia is english maybe not too much tweaking necessary.
