Re: Evil Rabbit #2041
The positive takeaway I gather from this email exchange is that nondilutive funding is close and that the 100M increase to 700M isn't being requested for additional Paulson rounds. I don't take NPs comments to mean he is just going to repeat the same thing without explaining a good reason. I don't believe NP is overly arrogant, but is confident in leronlimab and the future of CYDY (personally I feel the same and I trust that the BOD is doing what is best for us shareholders even if we feel blinded momentarily / at times of what is happening in the background....it really isn't NP show...the BOD and RP have a lot of say in everything that is happening).
What are these additional shares being requested for? I don't know, could it be that a BP is going to license leronlimab for HIV but wasn't willing to give us the significant upfront payment that we need? Maybe they are willing to provide $XXM upfront funding in exchange for XX numbers of shares (on better terms than Paulson and at greater than $.50 value) to participate in the potential upside if cancer works? Or is it somehow tied to PCa test? I don't know, but it sounds like NP stands by his previous statements and things will be explained "very soon."
It is easy to get distracted by the noise when the SP drops and the company is silent, but the science hasn't failed, RP hasn't left, and nothing has changed the longer term positive outlook of the company for me. IMO this is a buying opportunity and I continue to add shares.
