Excellent post J and I agree with you. As hopeful as I was about Ropes and Gray leading this effort I felt that Dremeier should've done a better job at the Appeal. Great thought on the approach R&G used (which obviously wasn't the right one). Your post makes me wonder how SFOR and Blank Rome feel after taking Microsoft the distance.

I guess we should've never forgotten that it was Blank Rome that filed all of SFOR's patents with the US Patent office in the first place.

I'll tell you this, if R&G leads the rest of this effort, they will need to step up their game unless Blank Rome is just so upset with the result they say..."we got this"... Just like we did with Microsoft.
