In hindsight it was obvious R&G had problems. The one judge was not buying their argument. Even his body language, in addition to his questions, said he wasn’t having it. I thought the lady judge was leaning towards us. The third judge never said a word or made any facial expressions. The R&G group were in the entry court yard after the hearing and I did witness some smiles and heard a few laughs. Kay, Waller and Ram were a bit more stoic as the exited the courthouse. I think SFOR has a serious uphill battle if they continue fighting this in court. They need to concentrate on sales and revenues.
