I was unable to find anything later than their appeal filed with SCOTUS in November 2018. I don't think that SCOTUS has scheduled a hearing yet, and/or made any ruling yet! Thus I think the hearing/ruling are still pending issues! I may be wrong, but perhaps anyone with a more current update can chime in!
