Appreciate also the timeline baldeague1 provided. I understand this is all a maybe/maybe not time-frame, but it helps to have general idea of when the hearings might happen.

and thanks for scenarios baldeagle1 also provided -- understanding it's all in his humble opinion, it does help for this non-lawyer to have a framework for how this might or might not play out, legally speaking.

and, one other question -- have either of you heard anything more about settlement of Berkheimer v HP? I do try to keep up on this case especially since I read couple posts here that however it settles may have big impact on SFOR, and whether it even goes to the Supreme Court.

and finally, yes, I will definitely copy and paste baldeagle1's tweet into an email to both senators tomorrow! Definitely want to stay counted on this SFOR team!!
