Tropic no matter how one speculates about the 1/A filing its
intriguing that the offering is set at .0024 because #1 SB
had to PAY for that filing and he had to put himself under potential
SERIOUS PENALTY to the SEC if he is in any way misleading
about the ONCI financials stated in the filing.
So you have to ask, why go to all that trouble UNLESS YOU
KNOW you will have the company in a place in the future
where you can attract INVESTORs to BUY IN at .0024.
