Can u envision the following scenario? SB can't sell his app to Ford, BMW, etc...so he goes straight to auto groups.
Sales are slow, and for little profit. What can one do?
Sell part of your interest in Cogosense to the billionaire, in return for the "large auto group" to advertise the bsafe product. Auto group makes profit from the hardware, and no doubt some extra auto sales from the increased foot traffic brought in by the ads.
In return for spending his own money on bsafe PL ads, billionaire has 'option' to buy up to 1 million shares at .0024, if pps rises up to say, 0040-0050...billionaire can then flip for extra profit...
Why would anyone buy at 0024, unless pps is higher than that?
So is the 0024 from that 1A, completely dependent on PL ads raising pps to profitable levels? A "just in case" option?
