Those numbers were for option 2 and have nothing to do with the rs...They new they hadn't received enough votes to cary the r/s...What we'd all like to know is what the count was and they haven't revealed that...just that there will be another vote to try and push the r/s through on the 18th...


There were only around 141 million shares available for the vote...and 76 million were cast in favour of option 2...read the filing!
