CORRECT ME if I'm wrong....
76MM was NOT enough to pass on 4/4. They need ~84MM (50.01% of 165MM eligible vote) to pass the RS. They need to solicit about ~8MM votes to get this RS approved.
~25MM did not participate in the voting of 4/4
Vote AGAINST the current RS ---Proposal #1---
Vote AGAINST more adjournments for additional meetings --Proposal #2--
(don't give these guys more time to solicit more votes to pass RS)
