That deal you mentioned was terminated, renegotiated, gone, zeroed out, but you are correct of the 35 million dollar deal plus interest was still the deal, so you are quoting a deal that's long gone and my statement based on a deal that never happened, the only deal is this one, 8.4 million shares at 2.50 vets a share for 21 million dollars, with down side protection making sure they get just 21 million dollars, all of which were paid by me, salvo, leighton and berkman, end of story!
