I don't agree that infrastructure would cost 100 million to put in place wrong wrong wrong, opinion letters and fairness opinions alone cost millions, hahahahahaha we got a phenomenal deal for Veneto 8,4 million shares of 4 holders shares and 5.5 million of the same 4 people's shares which means it cost Generex zero, plain and simple, what did I get out of it..... I gave up my upside period, talk facts please!
