He comes on as a partner, but I’d say Rokos controls. Impressive regardless!
An unpopular opinion- Veneto is getting far too much, and that savings is a something different as payment comes from the left hand (a hefty amount of ngio shares) instead of the right hand (Gnbt proper in cash etc). I’d also change top management there (Veneto top 3), but I’m no bod lol.
The other new independent bod member- quick guess is that Fortune 500 is Motorola Solutions.
Someone like Dr Lyman is better as a scientific advisor. He’s impressive, but when I looked into him recently I think his title changed at where he worked. As in slowing down, but not retiring. Well deserved. Good bod moves.
