I bought a 1000 warrants today.
Warrants are like a Call.
All you can lose is what you paid for them.
You can sell the warrant before excise date for either a gain or loss.
Or you can wait for shareprice to exceed strike price of 3.44 plus your cost to reap your gain.
Or if shareprice never exceed strike price then they expire worthless and you lose your cost of warrants.
So if you believe VERB is going up beyond strike price of 3.44 IN 5 years then Warrants seem like a no brainers if you dont have a big chunk of money now, but will later on.
