If, and it's just a hypothetical, pps traded significantly below the strike price after the offering closes Tuesday why not announce a buy back of a chunk of the warrants using some of the cash they have now. Less dilution and Verb could do one of those "follow on" offerings Rory mentioned only with better terms since Verb's uplisted now.
