As I previously stated, I am not in favor of any increase in AS at this point or this share price. I may be in favor down the road if we ha e seen significant share price appreciation and cancer results are positive.....I guess it would be a decision I would have to calculate at that time. Currently my thought is only a maximum 50M share increase with a secondary public offering (no warrants attached unless I am able to participate) at a $2+ offering price.

I have complete confidence in RP and our BOD....I will even say that I fully trust NP. He may be a little over optimistic (but I am guilty of this myself on CYDY), but IMO he is an honest and hardworking person. The BOD have made a lot of progress in a relatively short amount of time since I have began following CYDY in August 2018. I expect the closing deals we are impatiently waiting for are in the works.

The science continues to make progress and money will find a way to a good product vs having money and no viable product.
