I too agree Northstar and the raise today was palatable with me. But, if they did decide to put out a vote on whether to raise the AS, we as retail holders would never, never have enough voting power to influence the outcome in our favor of NOT raising the AS above 600Mil.
But, who does have enough voting power to over ride us, Paulson or the Paulson investors/shareholders? Now that is the 64,000 question, isn't it?
We retail investors will never have enough votes as the board, its directors, and affiliated relatives etc. etc. and Paulson & so on & so on for they, in any or most stocks will always have the upper hand on vote decisions and that is what I think, any comments from anyone?
