Good points CI. I am probably a little too trusting of other people's thoughts as everyone has personal agendas and motivation that may not fully be aligned with mine. I think many are here to make money in our investment in CYDY. However, I also believe there are some honest people that are not trying to manipulate others and help present facts or their opinions to either help others or get validation from other opinions.

While I am not excited about today's 8K, it was somewhat expected. I am fine with it and any other future 8Ks within our current authorized share limit of 600M. If they ask for an increase in authorized shares before our share price has appreciated much higher, then I will be a lot more concerned (I know these are conflicting forces, so let me clarify).......if for example they license PCa test and have enough funds for trials and combo approval and the share price is $2+, but they have not settled on a license deal for combo HIV and need to raise funds to do so, I would be okay to dilute a little further at a higher price in order to reap the full revenue for HIV.

Personally I expect and use 600M in my calculations....if they somehow have less shares outstanding, that is a positive surprise.
