Thr problem with believing the statement that Paulson rounds were over was 1. We know CYDY needs monthly cash and 2. Investor boards are full of deception, opinions, and sometimes very wishful or negative thinking.
Personally, I tend to distrust 99.9% of the population, including those on this board and others and take every post with a couple grains of salt. Have people on these boards or their friends participated in Paulson rounds? Maybe, but I have no way to confirm that. Are people on these boards really doctors or successful biotech traders? Maybe, but again, not hard to pose as either with a little research and practice.
My point is that there are facts out there on CYDY: from PRs, conference calls. 8ks, financial reports and videos. Combine that with the historical performance and actions of the company and you can sometimes accurately predict what MAY happen i.e. today’s 8K. Opinions from other investors can be helpful, but some of those opinions are meant to benefit themselves and others.
