The transactions appear to validate that White definitely has the controlling shares and cancelled the Series-D shares that Ian had received from the original merger. At this point, it doesn't appear to have anything to do with Utopya breaking away. Maybe it wouldn't be a bad thing eventually since these idiots haven't done anything yet. I'm banking on SWS shares at this point. GLTA!
