I think what this shows is Ian received the Series-A controlling shares (no monetary value, control only) and Series-D shares when the merger happened November 2017. When White came back on board late 2018, he purchased the Series-A shares back from Ian and the Series-D shares were also cancelled. Basically, White bought the controlling Series-A shares back from Ian for an undisclosed dollar amount in 2018 & also cancelled the Series-D shares that Ian had received. Even though the Series-D shares don't amount to much, it removed some possible future dilution. GLTA!
