Been sitting on the side for a long time and still hold all my shares.
The reality of all the R/S stuff is that there will be a 1:500 R/S. The verbage is just that. The reality is that it will happen. I have seen to many of these things go down.
The extra shares were issued to the board/company if you look close. Therefore, the board will do what it wants. They have controlling interest when it comes to shares.
Ya think their stupid? They will do what's in the best interest of their future gains. That simple.
So in a few weeks, there will be an SEC filed that shows on x date, the R/S takes place.
