Stock prices often go up on rumor and down on facts. We have been in a downward trend for more than two years. At the current time I see little reason to be optimistic or even hopeful. The Company is in a tough place and in order to survive they may take steps that will not be in current shareholder interests. I place little credence on management also being shareholders as they can and will take care of themselves.

I will continue to hold onto my shares as my investment value is down 90%. I can afford to lose most or even all of the remaining 10% so I shall hold and wait and see what takes place.
