'The sun rises every morning'. ..everyone has the same comprehension regarding what is being said.
the mere fact that each person appears to comprehend what OWCP management puts out in word form (filings and press releases) all come up with a different take,...
is indicative that the communication from OWCP management is unclear what they are doing.
this is NOT a shareholders problem,..this is OWCP's managements responsibility to do so.
in their filings to the SEC they have to be accurate,...which means they know how to be accurate when they need to be.
this is an investment,..if i want a good drama i'll go to the movies.
