NO R/S proposal before 4/4...They go the votes they need so they didn't have to batter with a proposal. it won't be call a proposal after 4/4.. It will be checkmate for us. You should still vote for what's best for you.
They will get the blank check that they desired with any ratio up to 500.
Some members here feel that the current mgmt team are HIGH character people. So let's see if they will have current holders in their definitive RS proposal.
