At this point it appears we are not going to receive a r/s proposal as promised. Which tells me they have enough votes in their favor.
When I shook hands with the team a year ago I was confident in their intentions and ethics. They do not appear to be what was projected to me and others.
My significant Investment is gone and unless a miracle happens will not return.
It also appears that no new investors were procured during the last conference. Why not research the “investors” presented during/shortly after the visit? Time will tell their plan. At this point it does not appear that “we” are part of them. My family hopes that’s not the case.
