I have no doubt that the vote will carry but the fact is they still don't have enough votes for their proposals to carry without scrambling and negotiating support from the larger shareholders. The point of my post is that we shouldn't just be copying and pasting stuff that is standard language in these types of filings. Regardless of how well a company is doing, cautionary and forward looking statements is par for the course. But of course they are basic truths that could come to pass, unfortunately much too frequently in OTC land.
