100% Correct - RAD have to announce something new "that no one is expecting" to cause the price to move up significantly and cause the shorts to cover as the shorts are expecting a R/S and continued shorting and continued price erosion.
A major nationwide deal with UNVC and Dr Dalton could save RAD and cause a "short squeeze" and then perhaps RAD only needs a 10-1 R/S otherwise I am expecting a 20-1 R/S.
The elderly use more and more medications - RAD just needs the newest innovation in pain management and that is where UNVC and Dr Dalton "swoop in" to save RAD.
