Since it takes a few days to have filings verified and published - we could see filings any time next week before Thursday, so that RAD can announce any deals during either the Earnings Report or the Earnings Conference Call if they have scheduled one.
MRMD was above $5 so it has lost 40% of its value - so MRMD also needs a deal with UNVC
A Merger with UNVC and MRMD can still be on the table.
There must be a deal with RAD as the other companies have already announced Cannabis deals and the only national chain who have not PR'd anything is RAD, which as I understand they cannot do as UNVC is "Dark" and they need UNVC to be current.
I fully expect there is a deal between UNVC and RAD !!
