i can tell ya, i personally know of a few wealthy/heavy hitters that have asked me, "if the Co' is Current, & Audited"..? In reply, i cringe as i reluctantly answer No,, instantly it's end of conversation at that point they generally say nothing more, & move on to other ventures..
