Just want to go on the record that I agree with those calling for an audit. Berman stated that all obstacles have been removed to move forward with the domicile in Colorado. If this is true than why wouldn’t all obstacles be removed to go forward with an audit. Berman stated on several occasions over the past few years that he plans to do an audit.


In the January 31, 2018 shareholder letter in reference to the audit that was supposed to happen Berman stated: “I take full responsibility as CEO of the company for not getting this done. We are working hard to get all this information together to get a complete audit done”. Well its been 424 day since that statement. I want an audit.


Also, if all obstacles have been removed to move forward with the domicile in Colorado then get it done. Granted it’s only been 38 days since he made that comment but an update on the matter would be appreciated. Without the move to Colorado complete we have no Hexagon Holding Website or reduction in authorized shares.


Lastly, get the attorney letter submitted, correct the outstanding share total on OTCMarkets, do what’s needed to get rid of the yield sign, get On4 Colorado and Hexagon Colorado compliant, and please give the Cogosense, bsafemobile, and fleetsafer websites a more polished professional appearance.
